How We Deliver Projects
A clear seven-stage process from the initial consultation through to delivery and ongoing support.
Initial Consultation
The client provides an overview of the project, current processes and expected outcome.
Requirements Review
TEXNOL LTD reviews the technical and operational requirements and identifies the proposed scope of work.
Commercial Proposal
The client receives a proposal describing the services, expected deliverables, estimated timeline and project fee.
Agreement and Invoice
Work begins after the commercial terms have been agreed and the applicable service agreement or project confirmation has been accepted.
Project Delivery
Development is completed in stages. Updates and demonstrations are provided remotely where appropriate.
Testing and Handover
The completed solution is tested and delivered electronically together with relevant access details or documentation.
Ongoing Support
Clients may request recurring maintenance, updates, troubleshooting or additional development.
